Warranty Policy |
Rex Marine
Limited Warranty:
Rex Marine Corporation
warrants the products it manufactures to the original purchaser (at retail),
to be free from defective materials and workmanship, for a period of one year
from the date of retail purchase. Rex Marine will repair or replace, at its
option, any Rex manufactured part, that is determined by Rex Marine, to have
failed due to defective workmanship or materials.
Certain Rex Marine
products may carry a longer term Limited Warranty than one year. In these cases
all other terms of this Limited Warranty apply.
Products manufactured
by other companies, and distributed by Rex Marine, are not covered by this warranty,
but may be covered by the product manufacturer's warranty, if any. In these
cases no credit or replacement will be made until the manufacturer of the product
approves it for warranty.
In all cases the
product in question must be returned to Rex Marine before any warranty determination
will be made.
Our warranty
does not cover the following:
• Products which have been subject to alteration, accident, improper installation,
abuse, modification, negligence, misuse, or misapplication.
• Damage
to related components, actual or alleged consequential damages, other incidental
costs, and labor to repair and/or replace damaged parts and related components.
• Freight
costs in the return of defective products
• Products
used in any type of racing

the products sold herein are those made by the manufacturer of the product.
With the exception of our Limited Warranty, above, the seller, Rex Marine Corporation,
hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any
IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Rex
Marine Corporation neither assumes nor authorizes any other person or company
to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of products. The
buyer shall not be entitled to recover from the seller, Rex Marine Corporation,
any consequential damages, damage to property, damage for loss of use, damage
for loss of time, damage for loss of profit or income, or any other incidental
damages.
