Shipping for Rub Rail, Molding, & Trim
It is our goal to obtain the best possible freight prices for our customers. We work with several carriers and will come up with the best freight quote for you based upon your location.
Most of these rub rails and moldings come in either 12 or 20 foot lengths. Due to their length the majority must be shipped by truck freight. Whenever possible we roll flexible vinyl products so that they can be shipped via UPS saving some freight costs. This must be addressed on a case-by-case basis as the type and quantity of vinyl determine our ability to do so.
Many areas of California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Oregon, or Washington are served by On-Trac. If you are located in one of their service areas, freight can be as low as the $40 dollar range per tube. If you have the ability to receive your product at a commercial address vs. a residential address, you can lower your freight costs.
Freight to other parts of the country typically run in the $125.00 per tube range delivered to commercial addresses and $185.00 per tube to a residential address. Again, this is merely a guideline and we will give you a firm freight quote to your location.
In addition to freight charges there are packaging charges for shipped rub rail, molding, and trim. 12 foot tubes cost $15.00 and longer tubes cost $22.00. Each order is packed in a cut-to-length rigid PVC tube and secured with rigid end caps to protect your product. If you pick up your product at our location without the shipping tube these charges do not apply.
Shipping (unless you arrange your own) and handling charges will always be added to your order total before shipping.
