Fax are primarily intended for general communication. Technical information
and product questions and answers are almost always more effectively and
efficiently handled by an interactive phone conversation. For this reason
we ask that you use the phone for these types of communications. We are
unable to answer or address lengthy technical questions or issues via
Fax or Email simply because of time constraints.
Phone calls
will always have priority over email communications. We always try to
answer email inquiries within 24 hours. However when things get busy and
/ or email volume is heavy this sometimes does not happen. Again if it’s
anything urgent or technical in nature please contact us via phone rather
than email.
